Who we are

Latraka is made in what was once the only factory to make virgin coconut oil in Europe. During the pandemic, when freight rates were high, I wanted to create something with the bounty that surrounded me in Valencia, Spain. 

At first, I made a butter cream using the chufas, but after tasting the concoction, a lightbulb went off. I realized that this was the celebratory drink the world was missing. I spent months honing, tinkering, and perfecting the recipe, eventually adding Aguardiente.

The end result is a truly Spanish beverage, a non-dairy and vegan cream liqueur that can be enjoyed by everyone.
